Project Overview
The marketing materials used by the Independent Sales team were previously branded by individual campuses, leading to inconsistency in both design and content. While it’s important to honor each campus’s unique identity—including distinct service lines and amenities—we aimed to create a cohesive look and feel under the broader Bluestem Communities brand. The goal was to make materials for each campus neighborhood as aligned as possible, both visually and in messaging.
The Marketing and Sales teams collaborated across several rounds of copywriting to define key messages. Once the copy was finalized, I led the design and layout process to bring the project to life.
My Role
I partnered closely with the Independent Living Sales team to understand their needs and goals for campus-specific marketing materials. The final deliverables included:
