ANNUAL REPORT
Bluestem Communities is a collection of life-plan communities and two PACE (Program for all-inclusive care for the elderly) centers. It’s a mission-driven organization dedicated to enriching lives through lifelong wellness, purpose, choice, and genuine connection. Every spring, we bring this mission to life in the Bluestem Communities Annual Report, a visually compelling piece designed to keep donors and key stakeholders informed and inspired.

I led the creative concept, design and layout, ensuring every page reflects Bluestem’s mission and energy. I personally selected and edited photography to balance the wide range of care levels, events, and experiences within the communities with equal representation of all campuses. In close collaboration with the marketing, fund advancement and executive teams, I refined the final piece through the editing process and worked closely with the printer to ensure deadlines and budget were met.
